Can I make a few copies of my pattern(s)?
You may make a few copies of the patterns you purchased from us if you are hosting a small gathering or simply need a couple of copies in case one gets messed up
. However, you do not have the right to distribute our patterns to friends, co-workers, customers, event goers or family members simply to “save” them from having to purchase the pattern(s).
HELP! I downloaded my pattern but am unable to find it!
No worries
! We name our pattern files the same as it’s title on the website minus the spaces followed by “pdf”. For example, the pattern “Chat Cat” is named ChatCat.pdf – so all you have to do is do a search on your computer for the name of your pattern minus the spaces and it should pop up.
Here’s a good article for Windows users that helps explain how to do a search for files and folders.
For Mac users…open Finder and type the name of the file in the search box…the Mac does the rest
!
If all else fails just download the pattern again….please refer to the appropriate FAQ for instructions on how to do this.
I am getting an error that says my file is damaged or corrupt.
We have security embedded in all of our patterns. Because of this, our files require Adobe Reader version 7 or later. If you are receiving this error, please update your version of Adobe Reader to the latest version as this will take care of this issue. Click here to get the latest version of Adobe Reader.
I have not received my order in the mail yet.
That is because all of our patterns are downloadable items…we do not ship hard copies of our patterns. You simply download the pattern, print it out and carve
!
I do not have a printer. Will you mail my pattern(s) to me?
Unfortunately we are not setup to mail printed copies of our patterns. The public library is a great resource if you need to print out a pattern. You may also want to ask a friend or family member to see if they would mind printing out a copy for you.
I keep getting asked which program I want to use for my pattern.
This occurs when you do not have Adobe Reader installed on your computer. To correct this please install the latest version of Adobe Reader. Click here to get the latest version of Adobe Reader.
I do not have Adobe Reader on my computer. Is it free?
Yes, Adobe Reader is completely free
! Click here to get the latest version of Adobe Reader.
